This stage brings the design to life. We source fabrics and all materials required for production while developing digital patterns tailored to your custom designs.

- Custom trims, buttons, and labels (if required)
- Digital pattern creation for production accuracy
SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

GRADING, MARKING & PRODUCTION OVERSIGHT
This phase focuses on building, refining, and perfecting the garment. Samples are produced with close attention to construction, fit, and finishing details.
Includes:
- Cut & sew sample creation
- Garment construction and finishing guidance
- Fit sessions and revisions
- Second fit, if required
- Style costing and retail pricing guidance

Once samples are approved, patterns are graded and marked according to your brand’s size range. Production begins under our supervision to ensure consistency and quality.

- Send-outs when necessary
